What happens after I create a digital LIFE FILE?
Upon receipt of payment you will receive a link to your LIFE FILE and you will be prompted to complete a very comprehensive list of questions relating to but not limited to - personal/household/medical/financial/funeral scenarios - along with the ability to add anything additional you wish.
Once completed, your confidential digital LIFE FILE will be set up. This is your information which is stored behind very high security, and can only be seen by yourself, and a trusted person(s) who you nominate. This trusted person(s) will need to prove their identity in-order to access your Life File if they need to. Your Life File is secure.
You will receive an email with an attachment of an auto-generated PDF document with all your summarised information. We strongly recommend forwarding a copy of that email to your solicitor, a trusted friend and/or loved one.
Once set up - you will have 24/7 online access to review or edit your LIFE FILE for a full 12 months until it’s time for renewal.
After the end of the first 12 months, there will be an annual fee of only $36.00 (GST inclusive) so that you can continue to have 24/7 online access to your LIFE FILE for a point of reference or to make any changes/updates needed.

Instructions for downloading a hardcopy file
Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a link via email – which will allow you to print out a hard copy of a blank LIFE FILE template. You can complete all sections at your leisure and store in a secure place.
